eSIM — the embedded digital SIM technology. eSIM profile — the data (a QR code and settings) handed to the Customer to activate on their own device; it is issued by a foreign mobile operator or an eSIM aggregator (the “foreign partner”), on whose network the actual internet access is provided. Plan — an amount of data for a defined period in the selected country or region. Order — the Customer's request to activate the selected plan.

The Seller provides the Customer with an information-technology service: selecting a plan, accepting payment, delivering the eSIM profile (the QR code and activation settings) and providing installation instructions. The service is delivered remotely, in electronic form; no physical medium is handed over.

The Seller is not a telecommunications operator, does not provide mobile telephony services and does not issue the Customer a phone number. Internet access itself — sending and receiving data while roaming — is provided by the foreign partner on whose infrastructure the profile is activated; the Seller does not carry the traffic and performs no network functions.

The eSIM activation data and QR code are sent to the email address given by the Customer, and to the order page, immediately after the payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes). The Seller's obligation is considered fulfilled once the QR code has been sent.

Because the service is delivered remotely and electronically, a refund is available if access was never activated, or if it does not work through the Seller's fault within the first 3 days and support could not resolve the problem. The full terms are on the Payment, delivery and refunds page.

The Seller undertakes to deliver a working eSIM profile for the selected plan and to provide support. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate details and to use the eSIM in line with the instructions. The Seller is not responsible for the quality of the foreign partner's network at a specific location, or for the Customer's device being incompatible.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their data to the extent needed to perform this contract.

The contract is in force from acceptance until both parties have performed their obligations. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under the law of the Seller's country of registration.
