This policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Daria Kulikova (the “Operator”) processes and protects the personal data of visitors and customers of vialane.pro.

- Email address — to send the eSIM, the receipt and messages about your order.
- Phone number — optional, for contacting you about an order.
- Order data (the plan chosen, the amount, the status).
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, analytics data.
2. Why we process it
- To perform the contract: placing the order, taking payment and delivering the eSIM.
- To support customers and inform them about order status.
- To improve the site and the service, including analytics.
- To meet legal requirements.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the individual's consent and to perform the contract to which they are a party.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Operator does not sell personal data. Data is shared only to the extent needed to fulfil an order: with the eSIM provider (to issue the profile) and the payment provider (to take payment), and with authorities where the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above or than the law requires. The Operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies to work correctly — including remembering the language and currency you choose — and may use web analytics to improve the service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, restricted or deleted, and withdraw your consent, by writing to support@vialane.pro.
